It seems like what he's saying is pretty important but I'm not sure how to put it in context.

I would actually prefer P99 over EQC, but I want a freshly started server instead of the highly inflated (level wise) environment that exists here. Also hopefully on that server a rotation will be enforced, I really don't want to be raiding at 4 am.

No, Secrets stated that she only broke trust after the fact that she was accused and was convicted of something she didn't do. Reading comprehension seems to be too much for the P1999 neckbeards it seems.
