VP as implemented here is about attrition. TMO destruction of previous opponents in VP has been through attrition, and if they ultimately chase FE out that'll be how.

How is this any different from purchasing goods in the EC tunnel or forum? Certainly, it would be commendable to give out the rots for free, but it is not ethically obligatory to do so.

This is basic economics; both parties to the transaction are better off than they were before, and no one has been made worse off. This is economic efficiency of the most desirable type by nearly any metric of efficiency. (Pareto, Kaldor-Hicks, Pigouvian, etc.)

But yeah I'm crying so hard, I've already beaten TMO on a personal level. I've acquired most if not all of the items I set out to when starting off here 2 years ago. Can you say the same? If so are you in TMO? If not, then congrats you are one of the few on p99 able to overcome tyranny.

Something needs to be done about this if people care about this server. We need to act fast and boycott TMO, p99, and the forums if that's what it takes. Lets see how much TMO controls the server when the GMs realize no one but TMO plays on this server or visits these forums. Maybe then things will change.

I'm assuming zeelot will want to see TMO tags all down those Firsts lists and to make that happen they will need all the non-tmo players killing velious stuff and picking up quest gems to sell those gems to TMO and no one else for the first few weeks. And with however many millions of plat they probably have I imagine that'd be easy to do!

Velious quest armors require their no-drop piece from hot, wtov, or w/e in kael, + their 3 gems. Raid forces will rack up the no-drops components fastest, while all the people exping in other zones will bring the quest gems into the server fastest (black marble/flawless diamond aside).

I just mean in the first few weeks, whoever has the capability to get their no drops + have the strongest purchasing power on gems will likely see their velious suit completed first. I'm only talking strategy; I'm excited to do velious [again].
