You have to make a game login too. I think on the home page, its one of the choices over on the left side.

Hi everyone, trying to create an account as well here and having trouble skipping the Account link & SMS steps, they just cycle between the two. After entering an SMS it still doesn't let me progress to the Loginserver Account step?
