Skills not correct

When I go to my skills window, skills that are above 200 show up as red and the numbers are not accurate. Why does the skills window not show the actual values for skills? Please see attached screen shot.

Looks like when i died and lost a level, and skills earned while in the higher level got capped, but that is not the case here i guess.

I have exactly the same problem.

Same thing on my 52 bard as well. My 60 monk has the same issue with hand-to-hand skill.

It's just a UI bug, the values are correct on the server side.
