Purchasing by clicking items really fast

Bought a ton of peridots clicking really fast, crashed my game to login and all of the items i spent money on poofed, even though the money was gone.

i was working on jc same issue when I bought sapphires game crashed shift bought 3 stacks on the 3rd stack game crashed as I clicked buy went I got back in all three stacks gone and plat gone

They fixed some thing to prevent MQ quest turn-ins iirc, perhaps this is related.

Wasn't it for the faction quests? Could imagine a max APM limit :p

I was killing in Oggok then went to sell some FS to the vendor when the game crashed. When I loaded back in I was missing a stack of 20 peridots. They had not been sold as I neither had the cash in my inventory, nor were they on the vendor. Its about 200p

Just lost an entire stack of rubies to this bug. I had farmed all week to get enough cash to purchase a MR/PR set, and blam, gone in an instant.

pretty sure he's linking them for the dev who comes along and looks into the issue. by providing the links the dev can review multiple reports on the same issue, without wasting time searching themselves. the forum mods are assisting in that regard.

I tried to purchase peridots and held the CTRL button while quickly clicking 'buy' multiple times. After the 4th peridot I got kicked of the server (same effect as 'link dead', except it didn't wait for package loss to reach 0%, but 'kicked' me from the server immediately).

Epic bump!! I lost 2k/2k in plat bars from this (whatever way to look at it).. This is THE worst bug in the game, right now.

I bought one stack, np, then 2nd stack I was short a bit, so I clicked over and over -- booted to server, came back, both money AND bars are gone.

If it helps to add, I held control and kept clicking buy (don't know if there's any other way to do it). I was in Thurgadin, with 0 people in the zone - I was alone.

Since the servers are down and bored, I'll tell you my story:
Went to nfp to buy something for 3kish, put money on trade screen and suddenly I'm ice cometed (karma, surely). I banked it JUST before 2nd ice comet - almost lost 3 freaking k. I spawned in thurgadin, played it smart and bought plat bars. Not only did I lose my plat, but I lost my plat bars and couldn't afford the trade after -___- gm said it would take months and months to recover "in the list", signifying that there are many that are effected by this as well.

Been waiting on petition for a month now, so far - I know they are volunteer so I'm not arguing as long as I get it back "eventually"; still sucks :/

Been a bug for years. Doubt they can fix it. Simple fix is to not buy things so quickly. If it happens to you more then once its your own fault.

Yep GMs waited 6 months to tell me they won't refund me, even though I was the only one in the zone at that time and noted the exact time and date. It happens even if you do it reasonably slow: Lost some insignificant things that way as well but interesting to know it could easily happen to anyone, even if pacing yourself. Slow or fast.. I'm beginning to believe it's about quantity.

I did the same thing in icewell. I noted it to myself as "if you buy 8 peridots in icewell, your game crashes"
I was spam ctrl clicking the buy button.

I buy TONS of arrows at a time (600-1k)....really fast....and have never crashed or anything.

So maybe it has something to do with the cost? This seems to be happening with gems for people....not food or other low cost items?

Maybe it is intentional for some reason? To stop people from being able to something something gems something....I ran out of explanation.

Yeah i have it happen on peridots if i buy too fast but cheaper stuff like food/arrows is fine

I assume there was some type of duping bug that this prevents maybe?

I just had this happen. I bought less than 5 gems and when I came back the existing stack which I purchased earlier and the ones I just bought plus my plat were all gone I lost about 15 Opals not a big deal but a bug none the less.
