When two players /duel each other at the same time, one of two things will happen:
1) Player A will be notified that the duel has begun and to begin fighting, but will not be able to engage player B in combat, while player B does not receive this notification.
2) Player B will be notified that the duel has begun and to begin fighting, but will not be able to engage player A in combat, while player A does not receive this notification.
Neither player A nor player B will be able to engage the other in combat, nor will they be able to /decline the duel because in both scenarios 1) and 2) the player who received the notification to begin fighting is the player who accepted the challenge, not the player who initiated it.
Thus, both players end up in a bugged state and both players have to camp out and reenter the game to fix it.
