See Invis Items & /target

I've been having an ongoing issue with my Choker of Majdd having to do with /target.

I've noticed MANY times that when I'm wearing it, I can see the person and click on them to target but I cannot use /target or /rt to target them. Casting the spell See Invisible fixes the issue as long as it's on. Once the spell lands, I can immediately /tar or /rt. If I click off the spell, I can no longer /tar someone invisible as well, even though I can actually see them and see that they're invisible because of my item.

You shouldn't be able to target with casted See Invisible either.

Fixed a bug that wouldn't allow a player to target an invisible PC or NPC with the F7 or F8 keys even if they had See Invisible up.

/target playername will now work on invisible targets as long as the character doing the targeting has the ability to see invisible.
