Levant (and possibly other night only spells)

Using levant at 4am game time gives the message "This spell can only be used at night" and fails to cast. Should work at this time, unsure if not working at all or night hours have been modified.

Should add:

Levant worked fine on beta. I was in Kael when it was giving said "not night" messages, also the spell casts, it just fails to do anything giving the night only message instead.

Additional info; using levant at 7pm was a success.

Night hours are listed as 9 pm to 7 am.

Night hours classicly were 8pm to 5am (seems to be the consensus from some research that Daldaen did some time ago before implementation here) The server is on a 7pm to 4am cycle. Levant stopped working beyond 4am here quite some time ago when it was patched as a night only spell (close to beginning of year I think) There's a ton of threads about this already. But really doesn't matter - getting the same amount of hours it will work.
