Blazing Vambraces

The Blazing vambraces effect Shield of flame doesnt work if you have tashania and lower elements on you, could be one of them.

It does the animation and spell text but doesnt give the buff.

Update : It does give the damage shield, but wont show the buff icon unless you relog or zone. And with Tashania and lower elements it works as usual again.
