Sentry Kcor does not acknowledge the toes when given, no faction or reward.

yes you can walk around SS fine at dubious with no trouble, unless the lord is up hes on his own faction....to get to him is easy just port to CS succor then zone into SS and succor again this will put you almost right infront of this guy.
not sure if your quest will work.....I am doubious to Cov and was able to turn in toes and get faction hits and EXP.
Strike Home Toe The Giants (lists both Frost and Storm Giant Toes)
