Did it all repop at once or is Velious content on a delayed repop as some have predicted it would be?

dain seemed to of spawned about 2 minutes after the EQ~

So that's normal for the EQ. Spawn a few minutes after. Anyone see any mob NOT pop on EQ in Velious?
