So... apparently this started dropping again without any announcement / discussion, meaning they fixed the bug that caused them to remove it in the first place.

Has anyone found one since the most recent patch? I'm wondering if the staff decided to go super 'classic' by putting it in and taking it out without announcement.

It's been dropping. But they removed the quest NPC which is why it wasn't complete-able.

Haynar: Picked up ground spawn items, will no longer appear every time you zone in, if their respawn timer is active.

I already have mine, but these patch notes kinda hinted at the plank returning.

Yes, they fixed the long-standing bug where players had their own "instance" of ground spawns, allowing you to camp in and out to a respawned bag.

Now, the PoHate book properly take 8 hours to pop back up for rogue epics, etc.

The BFG quest however, no idea on when that will be reimplemented.

1, at least, exists on red right now.

There are several on Red much to my dismay. Nice thing is you see a warrior or rogue start to cast a long cast and you run up and punch them to interrupt. We have 3+ in TMO on red atm.
