*If you do not have faction with Iksars and are not a sneak class you will need the assistance of third person who can charm to complete this portion of the quest**
Not sure if there is a going rate for this, a quick search of the forums showed offers to buy/sell from 10-50k. Shoot me a message and we can work something out, I'm also open to trades. Will also consider selling Pained Soul or Rotting Skeleton piece separately.
