No i mean hes probably been caught cheating and or RMT’ing and thats why hes done with the server/leaving... Or this thread is a ploy to cover up RMT tracks

Yup, a risk i'd assume somebody is willing to take. But you're right, if that account is tainted, somebody really gonna come out on the wrong end of that deal.

I think he was saying he figured he would not get banned for taking free stuff, meaning he did it because he figured it would be safe to do so I believe that is what he meant.

Well , I tried to get in 3 min mark after it was posted, then on my last attempt I got in.., aabout 15 min mark, all chars had 90 % gear gone, so I ran over to the bank and got the jack pot .
