My Wife decided that she would like to play. we each have our own computer but connect to the internet thru the same router if she is playing and I want to log in I get this message:

You are Currently not allowed to login to the server because this IP has a temporary block on it. Please try again later.

IP Exemption: This is for requesting to be exempt from the limit of 1 connection per IP Address. You may request exemption if you have more than 1 real person playing from the same IP. When posting for this, please include the account names of every person that will be playing from the same IP, as well as the identities (real first names) / relations to those players, and please make sure that at least one character has been created under each account. Please verify the spelling of each account you specify. This format works best: Real first name - Relationship - Loginserver Account Name
If you fail to provide us the format we have requested it will delay your request.
If you have requested an IP Exemption in the past please provide those accounts too.
This will fix the "Temporary IP ban" error.

You need to post in the Petition/Exploit (https://www.project1999.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=25) forum with your request along with providing the above information

Yes. One account per person. It doesn't matter how many workers live together.

Some polls will say "one participant per IP" or "no duplicate IP address" or something. If you see this, make sure that only one of you does it to avoid a problem.

Very rarely, a person will report a denial because an applicant sees two results from an IP and thinks he is one with two accounts. This is usually resolved after an email to the applicant explaining the case. But this doesn't happen very often.

Being honest and telling them that you and wife share accounts will not grant you an exemption by the way. There seems to be alternative rules for exemptions that are not listed on the forums.

Where did this assumption come from?
