Having Teleport on the list might not be the best idea?

I like it, no invulnerable port bots to get you to or away from the fight.

Beneficial Spell Effects that will affect

So you are in range when you begin to cast a spell or when it lands?

If it is on landing, which I assume it is, then you may or may not be flagged when you zone over. Which I also assume adds a discrepancy.

I don't think oor bots will be a big deal on a 1-box server when they weren't on a 2-box server. I'm more thinking it's going to be impossible to get a port if the porter can be killed right after the port from higher levels. More the reason to play a druid.

Here's what I'm doing with teleport now.

It will flag you for pvp range increase, but it will not remove your pvp death buff.

true, the porter would need to be flagged at begninning of cast > until cast completes
and only in that short window?

for ports that is, for succor they would stay flagged inzone

im just assuming also heh

Not liking the idea of rez activating the dynamic lvl?

I'm a little concerned about the teleport spells, in this situation. Druids and wizards often port for money, but if porting a level 50 brings you in range to them, then once they zone the higher character can kill the druid/wizard. And take their money (maybe more than what they paid) and cause exp loss.

EDIT: or does zoning remove the flag?

i imagine zoning would remove it..?

also if you're getting ported by them, then you're grouped. i dont think it would/should flag you as an enemy if you're in the same group.
