This patch contains new files. Please obtain the latest EQChanges V19 (http://www.project1999.org/files/eqchangesv19.zip) from the setup guide, or obtain the latest files via the EQEmu Launcher (http://www.moestaverne.com/eqemulauncher122.zip).

Patch Notes:

Code (PvP)
Null: PvP Damage Reduction was changed from 80% to 120% (spells only).
Null: Added a 25% chance to land any spell
Null: PvP is now team based.

Can you confirm that you reset the raid target mob's windows? You said something about letting the smaller guilds get a go at raid targets, but TR+TMO are finished in VP and I'll I heard of was CT and Faydedar spawning last night.

Not to be a whiner or anything, but I asked at least five times in the VP thread whether there was going to be a full repop or not, and no one answered. We hear that TR/TMO won't be allowed to engage raid mobs outside of VP so that smaller guilds can have a chance at raid mobs, yet either very few mobs spawned, or the respawns were staggered making this whole thing basically pointless.

they wanted TR/TMO members to play R99 opening. They didn't care if you guys got raid targets lol.

Edit: seriously not trolling, but I really do think that is what it was.

Any guild that choses to raid VP on the night of opening will forfeit all other raid mobs for 48 hours. This is to encourage other smaller guilds a chance to experience raid encounters without them being slain minutes after spawning.

Made it sound like he would do something at least.

Also CT spawned two days in a row, therefore signifying something happened there.

I noticed faction shifts. My monk is now KOS to the NFP bankers (after long hours of factioning to get him not so). What was actually changed here?

Perhaps they are testing to see if the community can work out themselves what was altered and post there own notes in here?? I guess i could start thing off.

- Warrior taunt is now working for lvl 51+ mob, the rate at which it will work has reduced slightly to reflect of lvls on mobs.
- Melee agro increased on warriors (I hope)
- Monk actions like throwing will now randomly break sneak.

Looks like some changes were made to pets but not sure.

- Pet accuracy seems changed, 49 pet is missing about 1/2 of all hits on LB and DB mobs.

- Pet Weapon for Dual Wield requirement removed? or pets are quadding without weapons at times(~Awesome!)

i noticed my iksar necro is KOS to the dark elf guards leading INTO town. but inside of town he isnt

Prepatch all dark elf gaurds were not KOS.

Here's the bits that I did:

Test-Src
- NPCs level 50 and above can be taunted. (Blue only)
- Higher level pets Magician, Necromancer, and Shadowkinght will automatically dual wield. (Blue only)

Test-DB
- Capped tradeskills at 200. (Red only)

I think these are the ones I did associated with the last patch. :P

Sorry for late/fragmented notes

Test-DB- Commander Kane and Lahn Whinstone spawn appropriately depending on day or night.
Test-DB- 'Human' faction now exists. NPCs affected: Craven Jonsbrow, Donoven Blurr, Dunvan Mercwinn, Hurgo Felcind, Mantrek Needlebender, Ranzall Netcaster, Zachariah Reigh
Test-DB- Storn Trueblade exists again.
Test-DB- lava crawlers are social with each other.
Test-DB- pirates, buccaneers, and Greater Faydark bandits primary faction changed to Fizzlethorp.
Test-DB- drowned citizens removed until Velious.
Test-DB- swampwater crocodiles in upper guk no longer social.
Test-Quests- "Health Potion" quest now works.
Test-Quests- Den Magason's quests provide correct faction rewards.
Test-DB- Buzzlin Bornahm or Grendin Maze respawn at daytime and nighttime.
Test-DB- diseased shark is more common.
Test-DB- swimming rogues near Erudin docks pathing and spawns corrected.
Test-DB- guard pathing near Erudin docks corrected.
Test-DB- Prayers of Life dropped by Gorenaire now have 5 charges.

Is this pets summoned by post-50 characters that now dual wield? I noticed the 58 shadowknight (same spell as 44 necro) pet is innately DWing, but my 49 mage pets are not. Thought that was odd, but I guess it's based on caster level instead of pet's level now?

mage pets were fixed so they never have an innate DW iirc. always have to give the buggers weapons now. i think it was to reduce the OP of chain-casting pets, but it just made it a little more difficult is all.

I think it means he implemented it on Test server and it will be going in with the next patch.

49 mage pet is innately DW'ing for me as written. If you have evidence otherwise, please post which spell you're using, caster level, etc. so I can test it.
