Starting Wizard Spell wrong level/type

I rolled a high elf wizzie yesterday and one of the two starting spells (Shock of Frost?) was set WIZ(255) for level and 1HB :) The other buff was fine.

Update your spell_us.txt file from the changes file in Setup Guide.

On a related note, anyone notice that the icy DoTs have a fiery effect to them? :P

Yeah, I noticed the bolts have the right effects but the icy rains are flames :)
