Question regarding monk gear

Hail. I am a monk, who is currently level 34. I have a question regarding gear. I am currently the owner of two Black Sapphire Electrum Earring and I use Vox bracer. Would you advise me to sell my Earrings, and use the money to buy two Granite Bracers and two Diamondine Earrings instead? It would give me higher Stamina, but I would lose 70 hp. Further I would get 13 strength as well.

Hope my question makes sense, if not, what am I missing?

I Would 100% sell the Earring's. You would only end up losing about. 30HP because of the HP and Stamina gains from the earrings and bracer. The 14 additional STR and the AC from the bracers will be much better than the additional 30 HP. Should def get Fire Emerald Platinum Rings if you dont have those already.
