Never funny. That is still not funny. Even bad criminals should not be forced to have sex. And if that happens, it's not funny. On top of that, how many people in prison are actually innocent? How many are inside for pot or some other "crime" on the books based on idiot puritanical morality? Not funny.

I agree with your sentiment, however the sentiment of society is the exact opposite and you know that for a fact. Men are so expendable these days it's come to the point where telling a rape joke about a woman is worse then going out and raping a man.
