How come its so rare? or is it not even in game yet?

this item also has almost zero value on the blue server

this is just one of those items that has tremendous value on one server and none on the other

i killed Tantor last month but he didn't drop a tusk

WW cycle does not appear to be the same as on live. Tantor was almost always up on live, here he is so rare you can only reliably try to catch him on a server repop. On that same note, live servers were constantly coming down and refreshing the zone on live each week. Every week you would have a fresh zone repop. This server is going on something like 60 days+ since the last time it was taken down for a patch.

there were lots for sale on live Vallon zek when velious /luclin was out, super rare here though =/
