Training TMO in VP, ridiculous fight of attrition as both sides are well aware.

Preemptive TL;DR: A few FE stall 50ish TMO in VP. TMO kills eventually. Both sides claim victory.

Would be a marked improvement, although the relative numbers would still suck for FE.
