Tonics for Groflah

Groflah is in the bar, and accepts the Tumpy Tonic. He, however, does not give any experience. The faction gains also seems really low.

This used to be a good way to get great XP back in the day. Would take you up several levels fast if you were low (example of said XP gain on alla. "the first couple took me from 1 to 2").

On the faction gains: I gave him 3 stacks, and there is post on Alla about turning in 6 stacks, and going from kos to indiff. I turned in 3 stacks and I am still at indifferent. I remember this taking a bit to get to max ally, but only a couple hundred.

they nerfed this quest awhile back due to the ridiculous exp gains it gave.

On this server? Or on classic? I know they did on classic, but I didn't think it was till way later.

BUT, it's not giving any xp, and the faction ups are lots lower than what they're supposed to be.
