Keeper Rott Wrong Faction
 

Keeper Rott should be on the Brood of Kotiz faction (iksar necromancer guild).

Legion and Brood NPCs all con Warmly or Kindly to me but Keeper Rott has continued to stay Amiable despite faction work. This makes his quest Keeper Rott's Pages impossible to complete since it requires higher than amiable faction.

Fixed the faction with the Keepers. While researching I came across a few other merchants (non keepers) in west cab that also had the wrong faction. Brood of Kotiz influence is high in West Cab, beware.

Fixed, pending update.
