Global OOC and Kunark
 

I like global OOC. It has helped the server, and should continue to.

However, with the increased population, has come increased spamming and the same few people shit talking incessantly. When kunark launches, it only stands to get worse. Moderating it is unrealistic, so i propose there be a once a minute limit on global OOC.

Global OOC doesn't stand to lose any of its benefits from a cooldown.

I would like to suggest that we all leave ooc the fuck alone until we hit the numbers that they had when they lifted the cap on blue, around 300.
