Baton of Royal Stature

Is the Baton of Royal Stature still on Observer Aq'touz's loot table? I'm currently up to about 50 kills of Observer Aq'touz and have not had a baton drop. I'm thinking its just my terrible luck. GM confirmation on if this item is still dropping would be much appreciated!
