Starts at Tacar Tissleplay in Felwithe (into Felwithe, cross the bridge, turn right). Target him and say "deliver kelethin"
Off you go...
Ends at Jakum Webdancer in the Kelethin bard guild.
Rinse/repeat...


1-4 (or 5) made easy, if repetitive ;)
