This was breaking news last night. Still not confirmed as of yet. Patient being tested for Ebola based on his conditions and their travel.

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas has isolated a patient who is being tested for a potential case of Ebola.

A statement sent out Monday night by the hospital says it's based on the person's symptoms and recent travel history. The hospital has not said if the patient is a man or a woman.

Officials with the Dallas County Health Department said the person recently traveled to Africa, but it is unknown which country they were in.

The hospital expects preliminary results from the Center for Disease Control Tuesday.

Both the hospital and health department say strict federal isolation and testing guidelines are being followed.

"Unless you have exchanged bodily fluids with this individual this is a low risk for people in Dallas County. So we want to ease the fear. We're talking about bodily fluids transmission, not just sitting right here together that being an issue," said Dallas County Health Director Zach Thompson.

The World Health Organization says the Ebola outbreak in West Africa has killed more than 3,000 people.
Uh-oh....

I'm near SMU - I thought after moving here that the only thing I'd have to worry about were the disease riddled college girls ....apparently that's not the case anymore.

Mo' diseases, mo' problems.

Will update with pics if my insides begin to liquefy.

What worries me the most is that this disease has something like a 21 day incubation period before it get's bad enough to admit to a hospital.

Who the F knows where this person has been prior? Cause once something like this is out in the open is will expand exponentially. That's the real fear!
