The old RTS total annihilation kingdoms, had the Wooded area sounds from EQ in its Jungle maps. I'm guessing the sound is a generic stock, as TAK came out before EQ did.

just like you hear the same police(radio frequency sounds) everytime theres a cop car in a scene of a movie.

also there's a sound on this song that sounds like a skeleton from EQ. could be the same sound just messed around with the tone of it.
