It is unlikely that UI's made for current version of EQ will work. You have to use UIs made for P99 (this includes default P99 UI)

It works for everything except latest spell files, those you have to grab manually from P99 here http://www.project1999.com/files/P99Files36.zip latest as of this post.

Is it possible to convert hotbar 2 and or 3 to horizontal like hotbar 4 is in Duxaui? If so, how?

Really nice and clean UI, i installed it and added the files that Crushev links to, works like an enchanters charm. :)

When I log out after setting up my UI, the next time I log in my windows are thrown all over the screen as if I hadn't set up the UI before. The hotkeys and buttons are all set up, just the chat windows etc were not saved.

What can I do to fix this? Didn't see anything on the original post, and thought this would be quicker then looking through 64 pages hoping to find a similar reply.

Just used this on the new laptop (thanks)

Helm transparency patch threw up an error message....

Does this include "classic spell particles" and "make EQ look significantly better graphically"?

Looks like a fair number of people want more than 1 horizontal hotbar. Luckily for us, one Savok created sets of up to 4 horizontal or vertical hotbars, available here:

I can say that the classic spell particles are now part of every p99 patch, no additional files from other sources are necessary
