A few changes were applied during the update for Halloween. They are as follows:

• Nilbog: Potion of Light Healing added to several vendors.
• Nilbog: Diggs Duggun portion of 'Bones of Darak Lightforge' is now multiquestable.
• Nilbog: 'Mane Attraction' is now multiquestable.
• Nilbog: Vaniki procs Soul Devour.
• Nilbog: Stonemelder's Band has a very rare chance to drop in The Hole.
• Nilbog: Several npcs are now immune to changes in movement speed.
• Nilbog: Corrected faction rewards for various Kerra Isle quests.
• Nilbog: 'Divine Might' ground spawn timers decreased.
• Nilbog: 'Gnome Take' quest works better.
• Nilbog: Guardian Kozzalym has an fte message and doesn't always spawn in the same location.
• Telin: Hefax_Tinmar and Mogan Delfin will now attack enemy npcs during their guard post.
• Telin: Qeynos guards will now attack decaying skeletons again.
• Telin: Updated faction hits for Barma Dunfire, Lylanthian, Danaria Hollin
• Telin: Corrected faction adjustments for Merona's Brother quest.
• Telin: The Prophet in Crushbone now drops his loot more often.

Noticed the guard thing - found it very odd that the guards let my newb die to a skele :D

Also not mentioned here, Fear golem's (Fright, Dread, and YES!, Terror) all now have an FTE message.

Does that mean Anon/FoH won't be "clearing" fear for 10 hours during golem windows now?

Wow Vaniki is really messed up at the moment.... on live he does not have this 500 hp proc he does almost every other hit.

tank with 5700 hp with def up went down in about 3 seconds flat due to the insane amount of procs vaniki did.
