Was wondering if it drops anywhere else besides holgresh, maybe someone has seen it drop elsewhere.

Just buy at your local cleric/necro guild.

I don't know about elsewhere, but I can confirm it drops off holgresh. Two guildies camped a couple copies of it last week with success.

I think it drops in ToFS too.

Answer is Velious mobs of appropriate level. For example, I've seen it drop in Velk's as well. Spiders dogs blah blah blah.

Same formula as Kunark spells. Aka why people sometimes try to farm Cliff Golems in OT / Guardian Wurms in SF for spells.

There aren't any that drop specifically off of mob_name_123.

It's mob level "x-y" in "z" expansion released zone.

Can confirm I've gotten it to drop from the sirens in CS while hunting for hair for shawl.

Could have sworn to high holy hell I've also seen a copy from Velk's.
