P99 should give forum ban/delete access to a couple of trustworthy long-standing people in the community to handle the tranny porn spam issue. Staff is doing about as good as can be expected, but a little more coverage would probably make it not worth it to the guy.

But say limit 1 post per min on new accounts = 1 hr 40 mins to spam just to post some pics...
