Congrats Rogean and Thank you

I saw the broadcast on PEQ and even tho this is P99 forum I know you are pretty active here.

Earlier today Rogean broadcast across all EQemu servers that there was over 2,000 players on EQemu servers.

It's great that the community is growing

Thanks for this project, EQemu in general.

Yeah -- I like him, but what are we congratulating him for?

spoolie 06-01-2010 12:12 AM

So for all the newbs here (like myself) maybe some one could sum this up?

Is Rogean responsible for creating EQemu?

Chris

I'm just one of many who have contributed over the years to the eqemulator project in general. I currently run EQEmulator (and also run Project 1999, but officially nilbog created/owns P1999). The EQEmulator project encompasses all the work done over the years by numerous developers and database contributors, various servers that have come and gone, and the work done by all the individual developers of those servers. Tonight, all servers added up had over 2k players online, which is a significant player base for an open source, free to play, emulator service.
