Spell File Updating Help please
 

I have been trying to find a link to the P1999 spell file page to download and update my spell file for playing on P1999. I have searched thru the forums and cannot seem to find it. Could someone please post a simple link to the page to download the spell file I need to play. I have been thru all the getting started pages (truely disappointing in the manner it is laid out compaired to others and is very hard to follow without any spell file updating info or instructions :confused:)
