Item recharging
 
Item recharging is disabled on the red server, works on the blue server.

Red only bug.

Sounds not classic to me. I approve its fixing. Vendors should recharge items if sold a fully charged item first followed by uncharged items which stack in inventory as fully charged versions.

It was like this in EQ until 2003/4.

1 class 1 item is your justification? You know pillage wands can be blocked by clickies right? Hardly a reason to nerf a mechanic on 1 of the servers if thats the reason.

They already added non-classic cast times to certain clickies. Also they can flag other clickies for non-PC if they want I believe.

Red not having classic mechanics is one reason for its low population :/.
