Cast, when you see the stupidity that is in OOC.... just no... trust me... it's awful.

Theres no reason to not keep it. Server pop will hover around 150-250, hopefully more, but with a playerbase that small global OOC basically a must.

P99 also had global OOC until it got huge. Wasn't around to see it but heard from others.

I like global OOC.

Should be moderated imo...

Keep global ooc if the pop stays below 300? Then take away if it hits above that? I'm game either way y'all.
