Question to any GM.

Hello chums. I have a question for any GM knowledgeable about a certain in-game business I want to set up. No, it isn't casinos. What GM in particular can I send the question to?

Don't want to ask in the forum because, if it's legal, I want to have a monopoly over this service.

So once you start doing this service, what will stop others from doing it, and possibly doing it better? It's not like there's any trade law in EQ.
