It used to be much more powerful when melee dmg wasn't capped

I wonder what kind of damage was done at low levels with this + jumpy robe.

Caster haste robe and this item.

If you have the Tolapumj's Robe which is 36% Haste and the Rod of Annihilation you are a total killing machine. Scary damage for a Caster weapon wise. :eek:

It does not get any better. You can pretend like you are a Rogue DPS wise. Fun stuff. :D

If by pretend you mean do 20-30 dps then you're right.
