UI Customization: How to make spell gems not fade-out?

Hi,

I would like to make the Spell Gem icons in HotButtonWnd completely translucent -- so that they do not fade out when the HotButton window is in a faded state.

Similar to the way the buffs...

Deleting those files have no effect. The eqp_strings is for the Everquest Patcher launcher. We're NOT using that. We're completely bypassing it and executing eqgame directly.
