It doesn't reduce your character size, but augments your view, like reversed binoculars (if this makes sense). You actually see more on your screen.
Can only be cast Outdoors, but doesn't drop upon zoning (normal buff, not an illusion), and still works Indoors until it wears off.

Incase this was a ninja nerf of some variety... That would be wrong. Above is evidence that it should last through zoning. Though I doubt that's the case I suspect it's just a bug.
The buff, and ALL it's components including Mana Regen and Magnification should persist between zones.
