Finally got this scrub to spawn. There was another group in Crypt even though I called the cc (yea yea i was only killing duke and hiero phs). anyway he pops, i see sword so i didnt freak out to much. I had been keeping a pet rooted so the group didnt kill it since he was all setup. petted pather. hasted and mezed hiero before he could buff up. tash slow and root, send pet and loaded 3rd stun. chain stunned him the whole way down just in case he tried to blow me or the pet up. Way easier than i expected. Just Duke left down here.
