"Small Portal Fragments" required for CT, WC, Nek, NRo, Iceclad, Wakening Land, Cobalt Scar, Great Divide (Velious Translocates also require target to have appropriate Velious port tooth).
Target being Translocated (any of them) is required to group with the wizard for the life of the server.
Initially there should not be a confirmation box that the target is being translocated. Confirmation box added with May 8, 2001 patch adding "greater" translocate spells.

Lesser Translocates On Test Server:
The upcoming Translocates to the lesser combine ruins are for sale on the Test Server. These Translocates will push a player to Cazic Thule, West Commonlands, Nektulos Forest, and North Ro. Here's the data on the spells -

Mana Required: 225
Skill: Alteration
Allowable Targets: All
Range to Target: 100 feet
Casting Time: 10.0 seconds
Spell Recovery: 2.25 seconds
Recast Delay: 6.0 seconds
Reagent: small portal fragments, (1pp)
The spells are once again, found on the gnome within the Temple of Solusek Ro named, Terblyn Zelbus and they cost about 40pp each. The reagent, Small Portal Fragments, costs a little over 1pp, is a stackable item, and is also sold from Terblyn Zelbus. I have added the spells to the Level 44 Spells page but just remember that they are not on the live servers as of yet.

March 19, 2002 Patch

Translocate spells no longer require that the target be grouped with the caster. Also, the dialogue box for this spell will remain longer.

Translocation spells: Five new Wizard 'push' spells have been added (Translocate: Fay, Tox, North, Combine and Group). Translocate spells send the group to the location, while the Wizard remains behind. Translocate Group sends everyone in the group (except the Wizard) to their own bind points. Translocate Group can be found on NPCs in Velious (and they won't give them up easily). The others are available on an exclusive vendor. All Translocate spells (even the original Translocate) have confirmation boxes that must be accepted before the target will be sent. And Wizards can no longer Translocate themselves.

Q: Which translocates require portal fragments?

Q: Where can I buy portal fragments?
A: In the temple of Solusek Ro from a short chap named Terblyn Zelbus located in the back of the temple on the right hand side on a balcony.

I think the new translocate spels are also level 39..
Nektulos, Common, West Karana, NRO, Cazic

each is around 40pp sold by the same gnome in Temple of Sol Ro

they all use a component sold 1 pp called something like "portal fragment"

I've had a lot of comments about this topic. This is how we want this to work. It's going to work this way for the foreseeable future. Try it out for a while, see how it works and see if this is really a problem. While we might change this at some time in the future, it's going to stay as it is for now.

Zone Translocate Costs:
Yesterday I posted the price on the new translocates was around 13 to 16pp. I was wrong. The actual price fluctuates from about 18pp to 24pp each.
