I watched a video of Rising Ascension doing Zlandicar. It seems to be classic; they actually pointed a camera at the screen!

Based on this I would say the full resist rate we have here (about 50%) is pretty classic. About half of them go flying every time those green skulls come out.
What is not classic here is the duration. The cameraman is feared all four times, but two of the fears last 2s or so, and the longest is like 8-10s for an average of 5s. They are spending the vast majority of their time under the dragon. Here its easy to be feared for 20s (I had 245 MR vs Klandicar):
[Fri Mar 27 19:25:13 2015] You lose control of yourself!
[Fri Mar 27 19:25:15 2015] You are no longer afraid. (2s)
[Fri Mar 27 19:46:31 2015] You lose control of yourself!
[Fri Mar 27 19:46:49 2015] You are no longer afraid. (18s)
[Fri Mar 27 19:48:20 2015] You lose control of yourself!
[Fri Mar 27 19:48:40 2015] You are no longer afraid. (20s)
[Fri Mar 27 19:49:32 2015] You lose control of yourself!
[Fri Mar 27 19:49:52 2015] You are no longer afraid. (20s)
So basically I'm wondering whether the fear duration is appropriately checked for MR. It seems like higher MR means you not only resist more but the duration of fear when it lands is lower.
They also seem to be nearly immune to his MR ae (the disease AE hits them every time).
