It's literally just the warrior guild that's going to be mad in Neriak, which is one building and isn't an easy one just to randomly walk into. The dark elf guards are DreadguardInner and DreadguardOuter...so nobody else is going to get upset.
If anything you've helped your enchanter on a quest to acceptance... just be careful walking around Faydwer cities still, banks particularly
