Dumb stuff like Lamentation shouldn't get credit, I'm sure I got tons of server firsts out of Karnors but it was junk. If we're counting server first Lammy, then I got server first Brokenskull Club, holla.
Also, although JBB is obviously a really nice item, if we're already giving credit for full sets of Kunark gear, probably shouldn't give credit for individual pieces.
