Well I mean, if you want ideas to make plat you are definitely going to run into other players. There arn't really any secret plat making spots in that level range.
The guards are not hugely contested, you can almost always get yourself at least a single spawn (6min respawn timer). 10 plat every 6mins isn't bad at all
