I would argue that giving hints about faction values is Totally Classic. I understand there are concerns about feeding Faction Lords/farmers, but this change should be made if it serves The Mission.
I can dig up more screenshots from 2001-2 if it is required, but I don't see a reason for an orgy of evidence.
