"The final solution" is just a complex word to describe the simple action of collective punishment. The Rico act is the same principle.
The problem is, you can't use Rico laws to topple the Jewish mafias in control of the American media and financial systems because they are decentralized. There is no Don like the Italian mafia. The same issues probably existed in Germany.
Jews have been kicked out of countries 109 times in the last 1000 years. The usual practice is to expel them from your country when they move in and create a state within a state and extort the native inhabitants. The same thing was done in Germany. There was plenty of time to leave, the ones that refused to got killed. In the long course of world history, it isn't that horrific or unusual.
