I disagree about it being plastic sugary. But if you know who it is and got a source on the plastic bit, I would be willing to change my opinion.
(I seen a ton of surgery in my lifetimes)
Botox or lipfillers tho maybe. (Bad, dangerous, prone to infection, don't do those)
